The National League of Cities’ Women in Municipal Government (WIMG) Constituency Group is excited to host this year’s summer conference in the vibrant city of San Antonio, Texas, from May 28-30, 2025. 

This annual event is a premier gathering of women in local government, offering attendees an opportunity to:

• Learn about local policy issues 
• Engage in meaningful discussions on federal advocacy 
• Expand your network with female elected officials and statewide leaders
• Strengthen your governance skills 
• Explore creative solutions to unique challenges faced in your communities

What to Expect

During two impactful days, attendees will engage in interactive sessions and workshops, participate in leadership-building activities and explore various city projects through exciting mobile tours. You will also have an opportunity to connect with fellow leaders through peer-led discussions, share best practices and continue advancing the group’s vital efforts to raise awareness about key issues affecting women in local government.

Registration Rates

Rates are based on your municipality’s NLC membership. 

All offsite activities are included in the price of registration unless otherwise noted. Reservations for the Hotel Room Block End on May 3. The link to reserve your hotel stay will be included in your conference registration confirmation email. Please note there is a $100 cancellation fee before May 3, after which refunds are not guaranteed.
